This is a full time role for a Kitchen Supervisor located on-site in Newport Beach, CA. The Kitchen Supervisor will oversee daily kitchen operations, supervise staff, and ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.

Role Description

The Kitchen Supervisor will manage food inventory, order supplies, schedule repairs and maintenance, ensure kitchen cleanliness, maintain safety and sanitation standards, schedule staff, and collaborate with the General Manager and founders on menu planning and event executions.

Responsibilities
