Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in automotive Fixed Operations, with service manager experience preferred
Deep understanding of dealership service operations and performance metrics
Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven insights
Proven ability to train and influence service managers and dealership leadership
Experience using CRM and coaching tools to manage client interactions
