job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage IVs Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans Assess and respond to changes in patient condition Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records Educate patients and families regarding care plans, procedures, and medications Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards Active RN license in New York State Required Minimum of 12 years of recent PCU, Step-down, or Telemetry experience Required BLS and ACLS certifications Required (AHA preferred) Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Shift Type : Day Shift Schedule : 3x12s or 4x10s (exact schedule to be confirmed) Start Date : ASAP or upon credentialing Contract Length : 13 weeks with potential for extension Pay Rate : $72 to $74 per hour (based on experience) Weekly pay via direct deposit Housing and travel stipends available for qualified travelers Competitive weekly pay Dedicated recruiter support throughout the assignment Travel assistance (if applicable) Access to contract extension opportunities Opportunity to gain experience in top-tier healthcare facilities
