Neonatology Physician

Medical Search International is seeking a Neonatologist for Michigan :

• Schedule : 1 week on / off starting asap-ongoing
• The provider does not stay on site for the complete day. They will start at 7am : round, chart, and usually out by 4pm. If circumstances change they may stay longer.
• 3 other Neonatologists in practice
• Peds coverage for newborn only
• No PICU coverage
• Responsible for supervision of NICU APPs on shift
• 1-2 admissions per day on average
• 15 bed NICU with ability to expand to 21 beds
• Level III NICU
• Required to attend C-Sections
• Possible transfer duties
• Average 8 patients per day
• EMR : Epic
• Level II Trauma
• Procedures listed in attached practice description
• 30 days credentialing timeframe
• Board Certified - Required
• Fellowship training - Required
• BLS, NRP
• MI license or IMLC - highly preferred
• Comfortable with required procedures
