job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCarry out PPMs on both Electrical and Mechanical plant, equipment and assets Assist with any reasonable other requests from the client and site manager. Respond timely to any reactive maintenance requests. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including PPM tasks, repairs, and equipment history. Utilise diagnostic tools and techniques to identify the root cause of malfunctions in both mechanical and electrical systems. Conduct risk assessments before undertaking maintenance tasks and implement necessary safety measures 1 in 4 Call out rota. Either : Level 3 Electrical City and Guilds / NVQ / equivalent OR Level 2 Mechanical City & Guilds / NVQ / equivalent – Essential. 3 years Facilities Maintenance experience – Essential. Strong Multiskilled (Facilities maintenance) knowledge, background and experience Essential. Basic Electrical or Mechanical knowledge and understanding dependent on main bias. 26 days holiday (plus all BH) Overtime opportunities. On-going training and professional development. Typical daily tasks will include completing the day to day set PPMs and re-actives across a portfolio of sites in London and surrounding areas.
Work Schedule :
- Monday to Friday.
- 8 : 00 AM – 17 : 00 PM but can change due to site preference
