On Call Family Resource Liaison

CPLC Parenting Arizona and CPLC Parenting Nevada provide family support services statewide through prevention, intervention

and treatment programs. These services promote strong families by empowering parents to thrive, thereby creating communities

where parents have the skills to raise healthy and successful children.

OBJECTIVE AND POSITION SUMMARY

The Family Resource Liasion provides supportive services to families in a community-based setting on an as-needed basis. This flexible role is designed to step in when additional support is required for program operations, outreach, or family services. The Family Resource Liasion helps ensure a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for families while promoting positive parent-child interactions and connections to resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide supervised visitation services , ensuring a safe and supportive environment for children and families.
• Support the FRC team with community-based services , including classes, workshops, support groups, and interactive activities, when scheduled.
• Participate in community outreach efforts such as resource fairs, family engagement events, and other activities as needed.
• Provide information and referrals to families to connect them with community resources that promote healthy child development and family resiliency.
• Assist with administrative tasks , including data entry, scheduling, documentation, and communication with families and partners, as assigned.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and other FRC activities as requested on an on-call basis.
• Encourage positive, meaningful parent-child interactions , supporting parents in building confidence and advocacy for their families.
• Administering hearing and vision screenings and providing developmental and related screenings.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

Education / Background​

High School Diploma or GED and two years of related experience
