As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you’ll help Members secure the best residential mortgage and refinance solutions available — from new construction loans to Freddie / Fannie and specialized First Responder / Teacher programs. You’ll be backed by a supportive team of in-house processors and underwriters , so you can close loans faster and earn more.

Even better? Our credit union branches generate warm referrals and qualified leads , giving you a steady stream of motivated prospects to build your pipeline and increase your earning potential.

Established Success : Nearly 30 years serving the Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland communities.

Built-in Referrals : Warm leads provided directly from Tech CU branches.

Local and Responsive : In-house underwriting and processing = quicker decisions and smoother closings.

Work with credit union Members to offer tailored mortgage and refinance solutions.

Develop relationships with branch staff, realtors, and business partners to generate loans.

Provide expert guidance and outstanding service throughout the lending process.
