Description

Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced PLM Administrator to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director, IT Projects & Compliance, the PLM Administrator will be responsible for managing and enhancing our PTC Windchill platform and ensuring seamless integration across our CAD (Creo, SolidWorks), CAE (ANSYS / Keysight), MES (Aegis) and enterprise systems (Microsoft D365).

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Administrate and support PTC Windchill , including user access, data structures, lifecycles, and workflows.
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations between Windchill and tools like Creo, SolidWorks, ANSYS, D365, and AEGIS MES (as applicable / needed).
• Implement / Maintain workflows and processes, transfer existing documents / CAD files.
• Perform routine system maintenance : performance tuning, updates, patches, and backups.
• Develop and maintain basic automation / scripts to improve data flow and reduce manual work.
• Support engineering and manufacturing teams in resolving PLM-related issues.
• Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards, including ITAR, AS9100, and others.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the PLM system meets organizational needs.
