• 26-WEEK ASSIGNMENT
• \n\nJob Description : \nUnit : Rehab\n\nShift : Full time days (NO block scheduling). Variable shifts needed. Typically 8am-4 : 30pm Monday to Friday, however flexibility needed to work later shifts, typically 9 : 30-6 would be latest shift. \n\nSome weekend shifts. No-on call requirement.\nFloating Required : Yes.\nFlexibility to cover evaluations that arise at Hospital, which has inpatient behavioral health beds for children and adolescents. This is unlikely to be a frequent occurrence.\n\nMUST be competent to perform : PT evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations in acute care environment.\n\nMust have acute care experience\nMust work every other major holiday\nFlu vaccine required during season\nScrub Color : Any color\nLevel of Care : Inpatient / Acute care\nAge Group : Primarily adult & geriatrics\n\nCurrent PT license in Massachusetts required at the time of submission. \nNPI number required.\n\nCurrent AHA BLS required\n\nEMR Exp Preferred : EPIC
