Key Responsibilities
Prospect through high-volume outbound outreach to generate qualified meetings
Qualify leads by researching decision-makers and understanding their needs
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging and provide insights
Required Qualifications
2+ years of sales, business development, or outbound prospecting experience
Comfortable with high-volume calling and persistent follow-up
Curious and motivated with the ability to quickly learn new markets and products
Organized and detail-oriented in managing leads and activities in CRM
Experience in the ag industry or related fields is a plus
