Registered Home Manager - Mental Health & Learning Disabilities

Location : Malvern, Worcestershire

Service Type : Small Residential Home

Salary : £35,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Hours : Full-Time, Permanent

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Home Manager in Malvern to lead a well-established, specialist service supporting adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities . This is a fantastic opportunity to take an already Good-rated home to Outstanding

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide strong leadership and management of the day-to-day operations of the home.
• Ensure high standards of care are delivered in line with CQC regulations and person-centred planning.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a stable staff team, promoting best practice at all times.
• Maintain excellent relationships with families, stakeholders, and external professionals.
• Oversee safeguarding, compliance, audits, staffing, and financial responsibilities.
• Drive continuous improvement and support the home's journey from Good to Outstanding
