About the Role

Slip and fall / premises liability claims

Negotiation and settlement of claims

Litigation and courtroom representation where necessary

You'll work directly with clients, providing compassionate advocacy and strategic legal guidance from intake through resolution.

Who We're Looking For

Experienced in Personal Injury : At least 2 years of hands-on personal injury litigation or settlement experience preferred.

Bilingual Advantage : Spanish fluency is highly preferred to better serve our diverse client base.

Client-Centered : A strong communicator with a compassionate approach and exceptional customer service skills.

Proactive & Accountable : A self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Licensed & Ready : Must be admitted to practice in Connecticut and comfortable appearing in state courts.

Requirements

Connecticut Bar admission (required)

Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury law (preferred)

Reliable transportation for occasional court appearances or site visits

Commitment to in-person collaboration (this is not a remote position)
