JOB SUMMARY :
Join our team as the Assistant Store Manager in Elk River, MN!
The Assistant Store Manager assists with management of the retail store, adhering to Furniture Mart USA standards in the following areas : providing direction and leadership to employees; driving sales & profitability; ensuring operational standards are met; providing exemplary guest service, assisting customers in all facets of the shopping experience; meeting or exceeding sales goals; and coaching and developing sales associates. This position is Full-Time (40 hrs / wk) including weeknights and weekends.
