This well-established firm is recognized nationally for its litigation and intellectual property capabilities, representing Fortune 500 clients and emerging technology companies. With a strong presence across major U.S. markets, the firm offers a collaborative environment and access to complex, high-stakes litigation, including patent, trademark, trade secret, and ITC matters.

Base pay range

$150,000.00 / yr - $200,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of IP litigation in federal courts, including case strategy, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, discovery requests, and dispositive motions
• Manage expert discovery, including depositions and coordination with technical experts
• Participate in PTAB and TTAB proceedings
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop and execute litigation strategy
• Support appeals before the Federal Circuit and other appellate courts
• Engage in enforcement and defense of patent, trademark, and trade secret rights
• Work closely with cross-office teams and subject matter experts
