Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Good Evening. Krista Dunn here, with Ascend Medical. I have an opening available for a Family Medicine Physician in Mission Hills, California. It is an ongoing position with full time hours. Extensions are available. Credentialing generally takes about 60 days. Here are the details : Location : Mission Hills, CA Start Date : As soon as credentialed End Date : This is a 3-6 month placement with options to extend Setting : Clinic Responsibilities : Adult & Child Population, paneled patients are a focus, Chronic Disease Management, Outpatient Primary Care-flu, colds, sickness; Handle own basket Shifts : Monday through Friday, 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm; Alternatively, 4X10 per week, 8 : 30am-7 : 00pm, with variable day off, if desired; No Call Patients per Day : 22-24, approximately 3 patients per hour Rate : $135-$160 per hour (depending on travel needs) Requirements : ABFM Certified Active, Unrestricted CA License CA DEA Clean Background / Malpractice Updated CV EMR : Epic If you are interested, please call or text me with a good time to call you. at your earliest opportunity.
