Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a highly qualified Staff Attorney to join its Mass Torts Practice Group, with a focus on consumer protection litigation defense on behalf of manufacturers.
The position involves working in an active and dynamic practice that touches all aspects of litigation including discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial, with cases pending in state courts, federal courts, and arbitration. The litigators in the Mass Torts Practice Group frequently collaborate to analyze and strategize how to handle each case. It is essential that the successful candidate have the skill, knowledge, and ability to conduct research and apply laws, court decisions, and rules of evidence and procedure to defend clients and reach a successful resolution of each matter.

Qualifications
Candidates must be licensed in California and in good standing (but do not need to be located in California). Candidates must be willing to periodically travel for court appearances and other proceedings as necessary. We are open to remote, part-time, or flexible hour arrangements.
The national average salary for this Staff Attorney role is $50,000 - $150,000. Starting salary will be determined based on location, qualifications, and experience.
