Profound is on a mission to help companies understand and control their AI presence. We're looking for a full-stack Growth Marketer, Self-Serve to help figure out and scale what works. You'll own early growth experiments, run rapid tests across channels, and build the foundations of a growth engine from scratch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to help shape strategy, not just execute it.

What You'll Do

Identify, test, and scale growth levers across paid, email, affiliates, and more specifically for our self-serve product. - Create and optimize landing pages, onboarding flows, and upsell flows in close partnership with our product team. - Own top-of-funnel growth with a clear eye toward new self-serve sign ups. - Define and build out CAC payback models to help hit our ambitious revenue targets by end of year and beyond.

This is a fully on-site role in our Union Square office-designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and impact. Candidates must be living and working in the NYC area.
