Description of the role : This position is for individuals seeking to develop a career in resort management. As a Manager in Training at The Resort at Longboat Key Club, you will be provided with hands-on experience in various facets of resort operations, with a focus on front desk management. You will transition through multiple operations departments to understand the scope of Hotel Operations.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in overseeing day-to-day front desk operations
  • Learn to manage guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements :
