Job Overview :

As a Fulfillment Team Member , you will play a critical role in the accurate picking, packing, and shipping of products. Working under the guidance of the Fulfillment Team Lead, your contributions will support our commitment to quality and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving operational success and cost-effectiveness.

Available Shifts and Pay Rates :

1st Shift : Monday - Friday, 6 : 30 AM - 3 : 00 PM. Pay : $18.50 / hr.

2nd Shift : Monday - Friday, 2 : 30 PM - 11 : 00 PM. Pay : $20.35 / hr.

What You'll Do :

• Assemble product kits accurately according to work orders, ensuring completeness and quality.
• Pick items from inventory following detailed instructions to meet order specifications.
• Pack products securely and efficiently to minimize damage during shipping.
• Prepare shipments, including proper labeling and documentation, to ensure smooth distribution processes.
• Monitor and manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or overages.
• Collaborate with the Team Lead to understand daily priorities and contribute to meeting production targets.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of orders, kits, and shipments to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
