Join a growing, forward-thinking team that prioritizes patient care and brings hope to the Mahoning Valley! Meridian HealthCare is seeking full-time and part-time independently licensed outpatient therapists (LISW, LPCC, LISW-S, LPCC-S, LICDC, LICDC-CS) to join our mission-driven team in Trumbull County.

Salary : Starting at $58,000+ annually , commensurate with experience and licensure.

Daily Expectations and Duties - Overview :

  • Assess patients, coordinate assessments, and prepare comprehensive treatment summaries (diagnosis, problem areas, client strengths, recommendations).
  • Provide individual counseling and individualized treatment services.
  • Facilitate patient participation in treatment planning and inform them of alternative treatment options.
  • Collaborate within an integrated healthcare network for holistic care.
  • Coordinate with care managers to ensure wrap-around services.
  • Participate in weekly clinical supervision and consultation meetings.

Qualifications :

  • Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Independent license in Ohio (LISW, LPCC, LICDC required).
  • Supervisor designation preferred, but not required.
  • Competency or training in mental health, substance use disorder, and co-occurring disorders.
  • EAP Preferred but not required.
