Marketing Manager (Field Marketing) - Germany
Deliver on the DE market‑specific commercial targets by orchestrating the Center of Excellence teams and broader stakeholders to the completion of a DE Marketing Plan and subsequent management of the in‑market program.
Salary Range : €65,000 to €70,000
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate and manage the DE Marketing Plan execution across in‑market channels.
- Lead the Center of Excellence local market GTM planning and activation.
- Develop and execute pre‑during‑post event strategies for key 2026 events.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate local DE market knowledge into marketing assets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Remove barriers and drive execution against commercial and activation objectives.
Qualifications
A German speaker.Strong all‑round marketer with experience leading local market GTM planning and activation.Experienced project manager with ability to manage multiple projects at once.Excellent customer advocate who uses data to make informed recommendations and builds trusting relationships.5+ years of relevant experience in marketing function.Problem solver, self‑starter, adaptable to changing goals, deadlines and external influences.#J-18808-Ljbffr
