Position Summary :

The Regional Manager – Solar & BESS Field Operations is responsible for leading and managing all field operations activities across a designated region for both solar photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage system (BESS) installations and maintenance. This role oversees field teams, ensures safe and efficient execution of projects, and drives operational excellence across commissioning, maintenance, and performance optimization of distributed energy resources. The Regional lead collaborates closely with engineering, field operations management, and safety departments to ensure that all field activities align with company standards, regulatory compliance, and customer expectations., and fostering strategic partnerships to strengthen the company’s presence in the renewable energy sector.
