Now, were inviting motivated students to join our 12-week paid summer internship program designed to give you hands-on experience, insider knowledge, and a real path into the world of medical device sales.

Medical Device SalesSports Medicine, Extremities & Trauma : Products and surgical techniques for treating acute injuries, chronic overuse conditions, and trauma to both upper and lower extremities.
Orthobiologics : Solutions that help accelerate healing and improve outcomes.Business Planning : Understanding quotas, targets, and performance metrics.Relationship Building : Developing trust and communication with surgeons and hospital staff.Medical EducationHuman Anatomy and Surgical Techniques
Operating Room EtiquetteLab Events : Assisting with set-up, compliance, and hands-on surgical demonstrationsOperations / InventoryLogistics and product flow

One morning, you might be in the OR watching a surgeon repair a torn ACL using Arthrex products. That afternoon, youre back in our lab helping prep for a surgical education event. No two days are the same and every experience builds your foundation for a career in medical device sales.
Who Were Looking For
Currently enrolled in college as a junior or seniorPassionate about medicine, anatomy, and orthopedicsEnergized by fast-paced, hands-on learning environmentsComfortable working with anatomic specimens (bones, joints, etc.)Strong communicator, team player, and detail-orientedBasic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office) and a willingness to learnFlexible some evenings or weekends may be requiredYou Might Be a Great Fit If You
