A well-established commercial insurance brokerage based in southern New Jersey is looking for a driven and experienced Property & Casualty Producer to join its growing team. This role offers remote flexibility and is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys building long-term relationships with middle-market business owners across a variety of industries. Salary Range : $75000 - $100000 DOE

P&C Producer Responsibilities :

  • Cultivate and manage a portfolio of middle-market commercial clients through long-term relationship building
  • Conduct risk assessments and advise clients on tailored insurance solutions that meet their business needs
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and carriers to negotiate competitive, comprehensive coverage
  • Oversee renewals and maintain consistent communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service support
  • Attend industry events and engage in community networking to expand business development

P&C Producer Requirements :

  • Prior experience in commercial insurance sales with a focus on client acquisition and retention
  • Active P&C license and strong knowledge of commercial lines products and carriers
  • Skilled in evaluating risk and recommending strategic coverage options
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage your own book while working well with internal teams
  • Willingness to attend in-person meetings and participate in local networking opportunities
