Senior Financial Analyst
I'm partnered exclusively with a Fortune 200 global multi-billion dollar manufacturing company located near Oconomowoc, WI. One of their business units is a leading supplier in their niche and are actively searching to identify a new Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing team due to an internal promotion.
As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will act as a local business partner and work cross-functionally with various departments by providing analysis on each team in order to make key strategic business decisions and deliver profitable growth. There are tons of growth opportunities to progress your career quickly internally or within the numerous business units.
Senior Financial Analyst Job Responsibilities :
- Provides financial support to various departments such as the operations and R&D teams, which includes cost trends / improvements, profitability analysis, special projects, and more.
- Manages the inventory analysis and work with customers & suppliers.
- Maintains internal controls to ensure the accuracy of the financials.
- Works closely with the Accounting team and completes month-end journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, analyze variances, and complete bridge schedules and spending analyses.
- Works with cross-functional teams to develop and improve KPIs.
- Assist with Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range Plan financial modeling.
- Creates process improvements to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Other ad hoc analysis request as needed.
