Role Description
This is a hybrid role located in Broomfield, CO, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Operations Support role for Root Group will include generating customer product quotes and support equipment renewals based on input from Account Managers who provide hardware and software configurations along with pricing and support parameters. Root Group operations include product ordering and tracking for multiple vendors as well as consulting service support.
In addition, this role will include Executive Admin support of Root Group’s President and expand into project coordination and management over time.
