Tax Coordinator II - HYBRID position

Mile Tax Reporting

• Located in Miami, FL or Alpharetta, GA

SUMMARY : This position provides New York and Oregon mile tax reporting for Lease customers. This position works directly with our customers, state agencies, the SSC and various positions in the field.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

EDUCATION : H.S. diploma / GED Basic Financial Accounting course or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE : One (1) year or more experience Customer Service background helpful preferred.

SKILLS : Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates problem solving skills. Ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines. Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors). Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment. Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills. Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.

KNOWLEDGE : Intermediate Excel, Access, and Word skills.

Will train the right candidate willing to learn and go within the company.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION : The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data / ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and / or long-term incentive plan based on the level and / or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below :

PAY TYPE : Hourly

MINIMUM PAY RANGE : $19.00

MAXIMUM PAY RANGE : $20.00
