• Dates : Jan 10-13, Feb 7-10, Mar 7-10, Apr 4-7, May 2-5, May 30- June 2, June 13-16
• Schedule : On call coverage, 4 : 30PM- 7 : 30AM, Fri-Mon
• Practice Setting : Hospital
• Must be proficient in cardiac surgery, thoracic surgery, thoracic procedures, vascular surgery
• Support Staff : RN, MA, PA, etc.
• EMR : Epic
• Requirements : WI license, BC, DEA, min. 2 years of experience
• Credentialing : 30-60 days, emergency privs available with clean backgrounds
