Summary
This role requires a detail-oriented analyst with strong investigative skills to manage cash applications and resolve financial discrepancies. Responsibilities include handling JPMorgan correspondence, policyholder refunds, and supporting offshore teams. Candidates must be comfortable troubleshooting issues and ensuring accuracy in financial operations.
Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve cash application issues
Manage correspondence with financial institutions
Post payments into internal systems
Review and validate system-generated refunds
Analyze aged accounts receivable balances
Respond to service requests related to payment adjustments
Handle escalated queries from offshore teams
Maintain accuracy and timeliness in financial processes
Requirements
High school diploma required; some college preferred
1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable or cash applications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Pay Details : $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 per year
