Plant General Manager (OHW)
Direct and coordinate activities of subordinate supervisors to ensure production, quality, safety, and continuous improvement objectives are met. Works daily to ensure his areas of responsibility are working at risk lowered to ALARA specifically in an effort to achieve ZERO HARM.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Manages 9 salary staff members. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Also directly supervises one non-supervisory employee. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
