Job description :

  • Lead and mentor two direct reports; collaborate with additional team members
  • Oversee accounting operations including close, journal entries, reconciliations, and statements
  • Manage consolidations and intercompany eliminations across global subsidiaries
  • Collect, analyze, and consolidate financial data for accurate reporting
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly packages with KPIs, budget vs. actuals, and footnotes
  • Partner with auditors, tax advisors, and consultants for compliance and filings
  • Apply IFRS / US GAAP and revenue recognition principles
  • Optimize ERP and consolidation software for accuracy and efficiency
  • Reconcile costs by entity and project for transparency
  • Plan priorities, track projects, and implement process improvements
  • Document new processes to strengthen controls and consistency
  • Support ad hoc financial and cross-functional projects

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years leading teams
  • Proven multinational and multi-currency accounting expertise
  • Hands-on experience with consolidated financial statements and reporting packages
  • Knowledge of IFRS / US GAAP and revenue recognition
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; ERP / reporting systems (Workday a plus)
  • Clear communication skills for cross-border collaboration
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical ability
  • Flexibility to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting
