Business Systems Analyst II

MDVIP is seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst II to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. In this role, you'll collaborate across multiple departments to understand requirements, translate them into actionable technical plans, and guide projects from concept to successful launch. You'll work closely with vendors and IT teams, oversee testing and deployment, and ensure end-users are trained and supported. Reporting to the Executive Director of Business Solutions, you'll play a key role in delivering systems that drive efficiency, innovation, and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Streamline business processes using process improvement methods (e.g., Six Sigma) to prepare for automation.
• Manage operational support, enhancements, and technology implementation projects using project management best practices.
• Ensure solutions meet quality standards and minimize operational risk through effective QA practices.
• Partner with end users to analyze needs, build business cases, and define project value.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications (e.g., diagrams, use cases, process flows, data samples, documentation).
• Plan and deliver user training on new systems and tools.
• Oversee vendor relationships to ensure deliverables meet scope, quality, schedule, cost, and best practice standards.
