Responsibilities

  • Image, configure, and prepare PCs and other end-user hardware for deployment.
  • Coordinate and manage hardware shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and update records in ITAM systems.
  • Support IT asset lifecycle management, including deployment, sustainment, and retirement of devices.
  • Organize and maintain the hardware depot for efficiency and compliance.
  • Assist with compliance, audit readiness, and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT Support, Procurement, and Logistics teams to optimize processes.
  • Contribute to improved end-user satisfaction by ensuring smooth provisioning and fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT hardware support, deployment, or IT Asset Management (ITAM).
  • Knowledge of imaging and configuration tools for PCs and related hardware.
  • Familiarity with ITAM processes and inventory management systems.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (IT, Procurement, Logistics).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
