California Hourly Range : $65,780 - $79,600 per year- Depending on Experience & Location, other states may vary.

  • Supporting the General Manager with daily operations of the restaurant ensuring compliance with company standards

  • Conducting strong interviews and attracting high quality candidates

What You Need :

  • 2 years' minimum supervisory experience in food service – preferably fast-casual
  • Possess basic math and accounting skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
