Job Summary
Leads the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organizational and managerial expertise necessary to support high functioning programs in any combination of the following areas : financial, analytic, and operational activities. Works with international partners and members of the leadership team to plan, develop maintain and track systems and procedures. Level to be determined based on years of experience.
Responsibilities
Supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organizational and managerial expertise necessary to support high functioning programs in any combination of the following areas : research, quality and patient safety and / or specific Institute / Division initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration or related field required.
Master's Degree in health services research and administration, business or a related discipline preferred and may offset some of the experience requirement.
Requires knowledge of budgeting, cost analysis, manpower planning, supervision and operational analysis.
