Job Description

The Pilates Instructor is responsible for guiding clients throughout their fitness journey by providing personalized instruction, motivation, and support. This role involves understanding each client's individual goals, designing tailored programs, and leading safe, effective sessions that foster strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients one-on-one to understand their personal fitness goals and wellness needs
• Design customized Pilates programs and group classes to support clients and guests in achieving results
• Demonstrate proper Pilates techniques, movements, and equipment usage with clarity and precision
• Provide personalized coaching, form correction, and actionable tips to enhance performance and prevent injury
• Monitor and ensure safe, effective use of Pilates equipment and props
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming training environment, including proper care and hygiene of all equipment
