First Time Travelers Accepted : No (will consider if multiple facilities of employment level 1 or 2 trauma)

Locals Accepted : Yes, at a lower rate

Travel Experience Required : Yes

Community Hospital Experience : Preferred

Trauma Level I Experience : Preferred

Trauma Level II Experience : Preferred

Epic experience preferred

5 x 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday with call rotation including holidays

Return Staff Policy - must be gone 1 yr to return as traveler

Wisconsin / compact license is required in hand upon submission
