Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients, building owners, building managers, consultants, architects, employees Good analytical and quantitative skills Knowledge of financial terms and principles Ability to conduct job cost and cash flow analysis including the preparation of reports and budget management Good understanding of contracts Mastery of all Procore modules, including Project Management and Financial Management tools Mastery of Microsoft Project and the implications of changes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor.
