Your Role as a Lawn Technician / Route Manager :

As a Lawn Fertilization Field Tech / Route Manager, you'll be the frontline of our mission to save lawns. You'll diagnose lawn health, plan and execute fertilization schedules, and interact directly with your clients. You'll be given autonomy to make critical decisions that affect lawn health and customer satisfaction.

You will be provided with the proper training to become a licensed Route Manager. As you progress through Turf Magics training, you will discover opportunities to grow with the company, offering your personal and professional success.

What We're Looking For :

Passion for outdoor work with a keen eye for detail.

Optimistic people who perform well in a team environment.

Knowledge of lawn care is helpful but not mandatory.

Excellent communication skills to interact with clients.

Goal-oriented and hungry to learn.

You should be organized and able to manage your time efficiently.
