Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and oversee financial compliance programs related to government contracting regulations
Lead the design and monitoring of internal controls over financial reporting and business systems
Interface with auditors and manage responses to audit findings and corrective action reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields; Master's degree or MBA preferred
8+ years of experience in government contracting
3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external auditors
5+ years of experience with Deltek CostPoint
Preferred CPA, CIA, CFE, or CGFM certification / license
