River Valley Powersport and Marine is looking for a team player to join our Service team for the 2025 Marine Freeze Protection and Maintenance Season (estimate start date mid-September through the end of 2025). Our ideal candidate is self-driven, reliable, takes direction from Management well, detailing experience, and has a large amount of forklift, truck / trailer transporting Or have the ability to be a quick learner. This position will primarily be detailing marine product and helping to move product on and off the lot.

Compensation : Up to $25 / hour

Schedule :

Monday-Friday 40-45hours a week. Flexible in nature (ability to have earlier start time or stay later in evenings)

Seasonal Position? : YES

Responsibilities :

• Complete preparation of new and used equipment for customer purchase, showroom floor, and delivery at a pristine level.
• Wash, wax, and buff vehicles, using buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, pressure washers, and other equipment to meet service expectations
• Clean interior and exterior of product
• Quarterback with Management on quantity and quality of work within schedule
• Utilize special purpose cleaners to ensure lasting cleanliness
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, moving and parking equipment to correct lot location
• Operating forklift, F150 truck, and tractor
• Proper trailering and securing transport loads
• Moving equipment from the lot to staging to service bays, back to lot
• Working with store manager on product showroom & lot staging
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness on our sales and service lots
• Assist other departments as needed or on special help projects
