Experience in consultative sales is preferred; at least two years of relevant, customer-facing sales experience is desired. No jewelry experience is required, as training will be provided to demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and to create an exceptional shopping experience for each customer.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales presentations that emphasize product features and benefits and actively drive sales by meeting the unique needs of each customer
• Cultivate strong customer relationships, maximize sales performance, share compelling product stories, and deliver an unparalleled guest experience
• Work towards personal goals while contributing to team goals and store success
• Train and mentor new team members, share expertise, and give / receive feedback

Compensation and Benefits

Base Pay range for this role is $25 to $30 per hour, applicable to this location. Placement within the range is determined through interviews, experience, knowledge, skills, and market data. More experienced or higher-performing individuals may receive higher starting pay; performance-based increases occur over time.

Hours : Monday to Wednesday 10 AM – 7 PM; Thursday to Friday 10 AM – 8 PM; Saturday 10 AM – 6 PM; Sunday 12 PM – 5 PM. Availability during weekends / evenings is required.
