Responsibilities

Assist Manager with the following :

• Staff Training
• Staff Scheduling
• Insurance Verification
• Check In / Check Out
• Schedule Appointments
• Monitor Flow for Patient Care
• Staff Productivity
• Staff Redirection
• Patient Concerns

Qualifications

Customer service oriented

Great Communication Skills

High school education - or equivalent

Knowledge of medical terminology
