Function : Maintenance

Job Summary :

The Planning Supervisor will oversee CF Industries Planners and provide technical guidance for routine, shutdown, and project maintenance activities. This safety-sensitive role is key to ensuring safe, efficient execution of daily operations and driving cost-effective work practices. You will also lead safety meetings and promote CF's safety culture and core values.

This position reports to the Maintenance Superintendent and works onsite.

Job Description : You Will :

• Lead planning and scheduling for routine, preventive, and turnaround maintenance activities, ensuring milestones and KPIs are met for safe, timely, and cost-effective execution.
• Supervise planners and assign work activities to meet operational needs, ensuring all required resources, parts, and safety criteria are identified.
• Develop and maintain job plans and work packages in the CMMS, incorporating labor, materials, equipment, services, and cost estimates.
• Monitor schedule compliance, report on performance metrics, and maintain readiness for unplanned outages.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve maintenance processes and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support team development through coaching, feedback, and progress tracking, while resolving personnel issues as needed.
