Job Description
Professional level sales position supporting advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. Responsible for profitable growth through customer retention and expansion. Partners with GM to manage team members. Requires expert automotive system and parts knowledge, sourcing from various channels including special orders, FDO, and second sources. Also directs drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. This is a full-time position.

Essential Job Skills
Prior Experience
Minimum of 3 years in automotive parts sales preferred. Proven sales ability and team leadership experience are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or GED required.
Certificates
ASE Certification preferred but not mandatory.
Physical Demands
Must be able to walk, stand, lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds. Visual and physical dexterity required.
Work Environment
Primarily indoor work, with occasional outdoor tasks exposed to weather and mechanical hazards. Moderate noise levels.
This position is eligible for sales commissions based on performance.
