Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter referrals and communicate with referral sources and patients regarding documentation and financial responsibilities
Supervise team operations, lead training sessions, and monitor performance metrics
Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
Related experience in healthcare administration, financial services, or insurance customer service
Entry-level requires one year of work-related experience; senior level requires two years of exact job experience
Lead level requires four years of exact job experience in a relevant field
Proficiency with computers and healthcare software applications is necessary
