The Director, Business Information Services - Market Access , will drive the technical strategy, architecture, and implementation of commercial systems for the Dermatology Business Unit, specifically the market and patient access teams. This highly technical leadership role is responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and integrated technology solutions across CRM, Business Intelligence (BI), data platforms, and other critical commercial systems. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities and a thorough understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations.
Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities)
Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency)
o CRM platforms : Veeva CRM (preferred), Salesforce
o Patient Support Hubs
o BI tools : Power BI, Tableau, Qlik
o ETL and data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, Azure Data Factory, Talend)
o In-depth knowledge of data warehousing and modeling (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, SQL Server)
o Patient support life cycle including copay and other affordability programs, prior authorization support and patient assistance programs
o Experience with Payer and Pharmacy contracting including rebate analysis and fraud investigations
o Claims data (FIA, Copay, Specialty Pharmacy), and digital / multi-channel engagement data, Copay and affordability programs
