Schedule Night shift, 3-12 hour shifts, from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM. Job Description Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Med / Surg Telemetry to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and be an essential part of a collaborative healthcare environment. Responsibilities Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and ECG rhythms. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on health management and care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Med / Surg Telemetry required. Must hold a current Ohio RN license or a compact state license.
