Physician Recruiter
Midwest Vision Partners, the fastest-growing premiere eye care company in the Midwest, is seeking candidates to lead our physician recruitment efforts. Responsibilities :
- Recruit for MD and OD candidates utilizing tools such as LinkedIn, Doximity, association career sites, inbound inquiries, etc.
- Manage the recruitment process including conducting initial phone screens, coordinating video interviews and on-site visits (itinerary, as well as logistics i.e. booking travel), as well as drafting and delivering offers and employment agreements and negotiating to close.
- Attend major Ophthalmology and Optometry conferences.
- Plan and coordinate events at ophthalmology and optometry conferences, inviting prospective doctors to attend.
- Optimize HubSpot (CRM) and inbound sourcing.
Position Qualifications :
2-3 years of Physician Recruiting experience required.Previous physician recruiting experience preferred.Experience with ATS optimization, job boards, LinkedIn search, and other recruitment tools.Operates with a sense of urgency and empathy.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.What We Offer :
