The Impact You Can Have

The Manager of the Ulta Beauty Photography Studio is responsible for leading the daily operations of our highly creative and collaborative Bolingbrook studio. This includes overseeing photoshoot scheduling, managing studio budgets, ensuring proper equipment maintenance, and mentoring studio staff.

Working closely with studio and creative leadership, the manager builds and executes plans, allocates resources, sets timelines, refines studio processes and makes key decisions related to the delivery of visual assets created in partnership with our Creative and Merchandising teams. By ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of visual assets, the manager plays a crucial role in elevating Ulta Beauty\'s brand image and directly supports key marketing campaigns, helping to achieve our ambitious brand goals.

You\'ll accomplish these goals by

• Manage the daily operations of our Bolingbrook photography studio while guiding team members within photo / video, production, sample management, post-production as well as freelance crew.
• Manage end-to-end studio production and sample workflows, ensuring assets are delivered on time, on brand, and in alignment with project needs.
• Lead and mentor the photo / video team, fostering growth while driving the development of new skills and expanding creative capabilities across both disciplines.
• Provide oversight and direction for post-production workflows, including asset trafficking, retouching, and digital asset management, to drive operational excellence.
• Manage studio budgets, resources, and crew allocation to deliver projects on time and on budget while optimizing efficiency.
• Communicate relevant information and updates to internal partners, including creative leadership and marketing partners as well as finance and merchandising.
• Manage and develop the tools and hardware needed to support a highly efficient and integrated studio team.
• Foster the growth and development of each team member by providing individualized coaching, feedback, and opportunities to build skills and advance professionally

Compensation and benefits

The pay range for this position is $88,200.00 - $115,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company\'s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
